What Do I Need For A Guided Hunt?
This is common question and Silver Creek Guide Service is here to help! Even the most seasoned hunter can still forget a few things or need suggestions on how to make their hunt more comfortable. Here a few tips from the pros on what to bring to guided hunt in Texas:
- You need to bring a valid Texas Hunting License (Resident or Non-Resident) with both the State and Federal Waterfowl Stamps. In addition, if you were born after 1972 you need to have a Hunters Safety Card.
- Warm boots and sock are priority! We recommend something you can get wet. Camouflage jacket and hat.
- Face mask
- Shot gun and shells; 12, 16, and 20 Gauge Shotguns will work.
- Cooler and freezer bags to take home birds with you
